Notes

  • The model was trained on 801 patients from National Taiwan University Hospital and validated without refitting in the UK-NCRI (n=1,734), AMLSG (n=1,475) and Beat AML (n=305) cohorts.
  • Risk groups use cutoffs locked at the tertiles of the development cohort (risk score 52.86 and 97.52).
  • An abnormality marked Unknown is treated as absent, as in model development.
  • ELN-2022 is derived from the entered variables. "Other ELN-2022 adverse abnormality" affects the ELN-2022 group only; it is not a model input.
  • Reference curves are Kaplan-Meier estimates of the NTUH development cohort by CCM-RSF group.
